Campaign shorts: Boosting the radiology network in response to business growth

Summary

Our account-based marketing support helped to fuel such interest in 4ways’ teleradiology service that it needed to expand its 300-strong workforce of remote radiology reporters. The health tech supplier asked Elemental to engage potential recruits to join its growing network.

4ways shared details of hundreds of radiologists it previously tried to engage and asked Elemental to investigate their current position, appetite, and availability to join the 4ways network.

We drew up an outbound telemarketing script that qualified each contact by ensuring they were interested, UK-based and had the relevant registrations and experience

Our campaign team then took to the phone lines and email to highlight the flexibility and variety of the work and the earning potential of what 4ways had to offer. The company knew that it had to work around people’s circumstances, with high levels of support from a core team of clinical leads and advanced technology that made the most of people’s time.

“Elemental were instrumental in stoking NHS demand for our services,”

Results

Joining the 4ways network proved of significant interest. The Elemental team was able to arrange appointments or hand over details for an impressive 97 of those contacted. Even many of those who qualified out – for example, if they worked for a competitor – were interested; 60 opted in for future communication with 4ways.

Now, 4ways has a bank of people to call for radiology reporting to cope with the demand Elemental has helped to create.
